The Tokio Marine Research Institute conducts a broad array of studies and research, mainly focused on natural-catastrophe risks caused by global warming, in addition to impacts, adaptation and vulnerability, mitigation of climate change, and concomitant health risks.

The goal of our research is to identify and forecast potential future risks to help Tokio Marine Nichido Group formulate strategies so that it will become able to offer improved insurance products and services to customers in a timely manner.
